We have in-house electronics, firmware and mechanical engineers who design devices from scratch — schematic, 4-8 layer PCBs, component sourcing, thermal and EMC/EMI analysis, bare-metal and RTOS firmware, injection-moulded plastic or stamped metal enclosures.
Partnerships with PCB, SMT, plastics and metalworks in Vietnam and China let us prototype 100 units in 2 weeks, pilot 1,000 units in 6 weeks, and mass-produce tens of thousands per month. We also handle CE, FCC, RoHS certification.
We collaborate from the idea stage — interviewing end-users, analysing use cases, proposing optimal hardware architectures — and have delivered for smart agriculture, factories, healthcare, education and consumer segments.
